About The Business

Coming from an HR background based in local authority and the Probation Service, Sandra Beale FCIPD set up the company in February 2003. Since then the company has worked with a range of employers and businesses in manufacturing, telecommunications, IT & technology, financial services, professional services and not for profit sectors advising on a wide range of HR issues. Sandra is a member of the Northants CIPD committee and a CIPD mentor.
